The Faculty Management Board is the administrative and executive body responsible for implementing the decisions made by the Faculty Council. It is chaired by the Dean and composed of faculty members selected by the Faculty Council. It is also authorized to handle matters such as student affairs, scholarships, equivalencies, and disciplinary processes.
Its scope of duty is to play a role in the implementation and execution of decisions related to education, teaching, and administrative operations.
The Board's duties include:
1. Assisting the Dean in the implementation of the principles determined by the Faculty Council's decisions;
2. Ensuring the implementation of the Faculty's education, teaching, planning, and academic calendar;
3. Preparing the Faculty's investment, program, and budget proposals;
4. Making decisions on all matters brought before it by the Dean concerning faculty administration;
5. Making decisions regarding student admissions, course equivalencies, expulsions, and procedures related to education, teaching, and examinations;
6. Performing other duties assigned by laws and regulations.
