ICS:13.2. Managers and staff must have timely access to necessary and sufficient information to perform their duties effectively.

ICS:13.3. Information must be accurate, reliable, complete, useful and understandable.

Before publication, information is reviewed by the relevant higher authorities and approved by the relevant authorities. Data generated in our actively used information systems, such as EBYS, Student Affairs Automation, Personnel Information System, Academic Information System, and Event Calendar, is stored electronically; authorized access to this information is provided through the Central Authentication System (CAS).

ICS:13.4. Managers and relevant personnel should have timely access to information on the performance program, budget implementation and resource usage.

ICS:13.5. The management information system should be designed to produce the information and reports that managers need and also to provide the opportunity for analysis.

The information needed by the management can be instantly accessed and the desired reports can be produced from the existing information systems at our university.
