Before publication, information is reviewed by the relevant higher authorities and approved by the relevant authorities. Data generated in our actively used information systems, such as EBYS, Student Affairs Automation, Personnel Information System, Academic Information System, and Event Calendar, is stored electronically; authorized access to this information is provided through the Central Authentication System (CAS).
ICS:13.4. Managers and relevant personnel should have timely access to information on the performance program, budget implementation and resource usage.
