CAS:9.1. The tasks of approving, implementing, recording and controlling each activity or financial decision and transaction should be assigned to different persons.
In our faculty, the roles of approval, implementation, recording, and control in operational and financial decision-making processes are separated and assigned to different personnel. This distribution of duties is established in writing and communicated to the staff.

CAS:9.2. Managers of administrations where the principle of segregation of duties cannot be fully implemented due to insufficient personnel numbers should be aware of the risks and take the necessary precautions.
There are instances in our faculty where the principle of segregation of duties cannot be fully implemented due to insufficient staff. In these cases, administrators are aware of the risks and have developed and implemented additional control measures. These measures are regularly monitored and reported.
