Coordinators
His/ her duties include dealing with the academic procedures related to students who go on exchange, return from exchange, and arrive on exchange within the scope of the Erasmus+ program.
The coordinator's duties include:
1. To regularly follow the information and announcements on the website https://disiliskilerkoord.firat.edu.tr/ and to be informed of the information on the page,
2. To ensure that communication and coordination between the Erasmus Coordinatorship and the Faculty are carried out in a healthy manner,
3. To encourage the academic staff in the program to make agreements to establish new connections appropriate to the needs of the program,
4. To support the smooth running of Erasmus+ mobility activities and to coordinate the operation of the programs for which it is the coordinator,
5. To introduce the Erasmus+ program to students and academic staff, to guide students and to respond to their requests for information,
6. To announce the announcements and selection results made by the coordinatorship for Erasmus+ mobility applications,
7. To directly support the Erasmus+ Coordinatorship in following the application processes of candidate students, checking the students' application documents,
8. To help the student prepare for the exchange and to follow up on them,
9. To ensure that the courses to be taken from the host institution together with the student and to prepare the Learning
Agreement form. to ensure that they are filled out correctly,
10. To sign the study protocols of the students who will go on exchange,
11. To prepare the adjustment forms of the students who will go on exchange and submit them to the Faculty Administrative Board along with the necessary additional documents,
12. To support the students abroad in case of academic difficulties during the mobility activity,
13. To carry out the academic recognition/course substitution/grade conversion processes of the students who have completed the mobility activity and returned and to submit the completed course substitution forms of the students along with the additional documents to the Faculty Administrative Board,
14. To receive feedback from the students who return from exchange and share this information with the students who will go in the following semesters,
15. To sign the learning agreements of the students who come on exchange and provide information about the course contents,
16. To inform the incoming students about the education system, grading and evaluation,
17. To help the incoming students adapt when necessary and, if necessary, to assign a volunteer faculty member or student to assist them,
18. To carry out the courses taken by the student in coordination with the faculty members,
19. To prepare the student's transcript after the completion of the education period.
