ICS:16.1. The reporting methods of errors, irregularities and corruption should be determined and announced to all relevant parties.

ICS:16.2. Managers must carefully examine the allegations of errors, irregularities and corruption conveyed to them.

Administrators at our university make appointments and examine the reported issues comprehensively and adequately in line with the legislation.

ICS:16.3. Unfair and discriminatory treatment must never be applied to personnel who report errors, irregularities and corruption.

While administrators at our university make appointments to review the reported issues, they keep the identity of the reporting personnel confidential and do not discriminate in any way.
