Standard: 11. Continuity of Activities
CAS:11.1. Necessary measures should be taken against factors affecting the continuity of activities such as personnel insufficiency, temporary or permanent departure from duty, transition to new information systems, method or legislation changes and extraordinary situations.
Our faculty plans and implements preventive measures against risks that impact operational continuity, such as staff shortages, job changes, information system transitions, regulatory changes, and extraordinary circumstances. In this context, continuity plans have been prepared, responsibilities have been defined, and they are regularly updated. In these cases, the necessary powers of attorney are issued through the EBYS system.
CAS:11.2.When necessary, proxy personnel should be appointed in accordance with the procedure.
In our faculty, in order to prevent disruption of activities in the absence of staff, substitute personnel are duly assigned, these assignments are documented in writing and announced to the staff.
CAS:11.3. The manager must ensure that the personnel leaving their job prepares a report including the status of their work or transactions and the necessary documents and gives this report to the assigned personnel.
In our faculty, administrators monitor and ensure that the personnel leaving their duties prepare a status report regarding the work and transactions they have carried out and deliver this report to the assigned personnel.
