The field of duty is to determine the exemption and semester adjustment principles of the courses that the students who have the right to enroll in the program have previously taken and succeeded in any Higher Education Institution including Fırat University. The Commission carries out its procedures within the framework of Fırat University Exemption and Adjustment Procedures Directive.
Duties of the Commission;
- In the first academic year and first semester of the students' enrollment in the program, to examine the courses for which the students request exemption within the period specified in the regulations, to examine the courses taken by the student and to arrange their adjustments with a report,
- To examine the courses taken by students who benefit from student exchange programs and to prepare a report on their adjustments,
- To evaluate the request of the student who wants to continue his/her education as a special student in the program,
- To determine the courses to be taken by the student who is granted special student status within the framework of Fırat University Special Student Directive,
- To determine and implement the adjustment criteria of students who come with amnesty in line with the decisions of the Senate,
- To determine the equivalents of equivalent courses in other higher education institutions in the program and to make the grade conversions of those deemed appropriate,
- To deliver the documents related to the adjustment of students to the Student Affairs Unit for safekeeping,
- As a result of the evaluation, the decision minutes of the commission stating the courses that are deemed exempt and the courses that need to be retaken are forwarded to the Dean's Office.

The field of duty is based on the studies for the evaluation and development of education-training, research, social contribution activities and administrative services in accordance with national and international quality standards in line with the strategic plan and objectives of the Faculty. The Commission carries out its operations within the framework of Fırat University Quality Assurance System Directive.
Duties of the Commission;
- To ensure that academic and administrative services are evaluated, quality improvement and accreditation process is carried out in line with the strategic plan and objectives of the faculty,
- To provide suggestions in terms of updating, organizing and monitoring quality studies,
- To fulfill the requirements of the quality management system, to request, initiate and follow up corrective and preventive actions,
- To make the necessary preparations for the certification and post-evaluation studies to be carried out by independent evaluation organizations related to the quality assurance system at the Faculty and to provide all kinds of support to these organizations,
- To follow and coordinate accreditation activities,
- To announce the decisions of the Quality Coordinatorship to the relevant program and sub-units of the Faculty; to contribute to their implementation and to monitor their results,
- To prepare the unit activity report and strategic plan evaluation report for the previous year in January of each year,
- To prepare the Unit Internal Evaluation Report (BIDR),
- To share the reports prepared with the public via the Faculty web page,
- To submit an annual internal evaluation report on its activities to the Quality Coordinator between January 2 and February 15 each year,
- To work in coordination with other departmental commissions by exchanging information,
- To fulfill the requirements of the quality management system in order to improve the quality of education and research activities in cooperation with the Quality Coordinator of the University,
- To participate in the trainings organized by Fırat University Quality Coordinatorship and to request training when necessary.

Field of duty; It carries out the necessary planning, execution of the process and follow-up of the students in order to meet the scholarship needs of the students at the Faculty.
Duties of the Commission;
- To make the necessary plans and programs to meet the scholarship needs of the students at the Faculty,
- To announce different scholarship opportunities (such as University food scholarships, scholarships given by foundations or private organizations) to the students of the Faculty,
- To work to identify students in need of scholarships,
- To provide or distribute scholarships to students identified as needing scholarships when necessary,
- Recording and monitoring the scholarship support given to students,
- To contact local service institutions and organizations for scholarship support,
- In cooperation with the Chamber of Pharmacists, to support the free provision of white coats for first year students,
- To propose updating the procedures and principles according to the needs.

Its field of duty is to give an opinion to the Dean's Office about the compliance of practice changes or new practice proposals related to education and training with the legislation, the University strategic plan and the action plans of the management. The Commission carries out its operations within the framework of Fırat University Associate and Undergraduate Education and Training Regulations and Senate Principles.
Duties of the Commission;
- To create the program curriculum and to work on updating or changing the curriculum as a result of the work done with other commissions when deemed necessary,
- To determine, plan and follow the changes to be made in the education programs (opening a new course, closing an existing course, changing the name, code, content or credit / ECTS information of an existing course, etc.),
- To organize educational activities in accordance with the university academic calendar, to create unit course and exam calendars,
- To follow the course programs offered at other universities in Turkey and make the necessary arrangements,
- To propose the opening of a new department or program,
- To evaluate Erasmus, Farabi, Mevlana and international bilateral agreements within the scope of education and curriculum,
- To develop appropriate methods within the scope of measurement, evaluation and self-assessment for department activities, to update the developed method and to ensure its implementation,
- To ensure that student course evaluation surveys are conducted in the OBS system before the general exams in the fall and spring semesters of the academic year, to send the survey results to the relevant faculty members and to evaluate the surveys at the end of the semester meeting,
- To present the improvement and development activities to the relevant department and faculty commissions,
- To organize the course curriculum in line with surveys and suggestions,
- To work on updating self-assessment questionnaires.
Academic Incentive Application and Examination Commission

Its field of duty is to evaluate the appropriateness of the activities of academic staff regarding the application for academic incentive allowance in accordance with the principles specified in the Academic Incentive Allowance Regulation. The Commission carries out its procedures within the framework of the Higher Education Institution Academic Incentive Allowance Regulation and the Regulation on the Amendment of the Academic Incentive Allowance Regulation.
Duties of the Commission;
- To advise the academic staff on the academic incentive allowance application process in line with the academic incentive allowance calendar published on the official website of the University,
- To ensure the acceptance of application files, to evaluate and control the applications, to request additional explanations, information or documents to the documents proving the activities, if necessary,
- To prepare a report on rejected applications or applications with a changed score as a result of the evaluation of the applications,
- To score the applications according to the Activity Calculation Table in the annex of the Regulation and the score calculation of YOKSIS,
- To check the compliance of the documents of all applications made to the commission to benefit from the academic incentive allowance with the relevant Regulation and to process the relevant incentive score data in the Unit Academic Incentive Application and Review Commission Preliminary Evaluation Table on our web address,
- If there are researchers whose applications are rejected or whose scores are changed as a result of the evaluation of the applications, to record the reason for the change in the Unit Academic Incentive Application and Review Commission Justified Report,
- To send the Unit Academic Incentive Application Review Commission Decision Minutes signed by the chairman and members of the Commission to the Dean's Office to be sent to the University Academic Incentive Regulation, Supervision and Appeals Commission.
Lateral Transfer and Adjustment Commission

The field of duty is to determine the exemption and semester adjustment principles of the courses that the students who have the right to enroll in the program with horizontal transfer, double major and minor have previously taken and succeeded from any higher education institution including Fırat University. The Commission carries out its procedures within the framework of the Directive on Transfer of Associate and Undergraduate Programs of Fırat University.
Duties of the Commission;
- Establish and implement program implementation guidelines for all transitions,
- To arrange the class adjustments and course exemptions of students who transfer within the institution, between institutions and from abroad,
- To examine the courses that students who transfer to the program by transfer, double major and minor and who request course exemption request exemption as of the registration date, to examine the courses that the student has taken and to arrange their adjustments with a report,
- To determine the equivalents of equivalent courses in other higher education institutions in the program and to make the grade conversions of those deemed appropriate,
- To deliver the documents related to the adjustment of students to the Student Affairs Unit for safekeeping,

Pharmacist Firdevs TAŞKAN (Freelance Pharmacist-Member)
Its field of duty is to regulate the principles and procedures regarding the duties of the consultant faculty members, internship periods and durations, and the implementation, monitoring, supervision and evaluation of internships in order to carry out the activities related to the undergraduate education compulsory internship program. The Commission carries out its operations within the framework of Fırat University Faculty of Pharmacy Internship Directive.
Duties of the Commission;
- To organize at least two meetings a year with the Faculty Education Commission in the first month of each academic semester,
- To make preliminary preparations for the internships to be done, to create the work plan to be followed during the internship periods, to take the necessary measures to ensure that the internships are carried out appropriately,
- To organize and supervise internships in free pharmacies, hospital pharmacies or other institutions/organizations,
- To form working groups among the members of the Internship Commission and/or faculty members when deemed necessary,
- To assign a sufficient number of faculty members to monitor and supervise whether the internships are carried out within the specified rules,
- To make the programs of the exams for the evaluation of the internships, to form the Internship Examination Juries that will conduct the oral and / or written stages of the exams,
- To ensure that the success grades of the students who are evaluated for internship and who come from the juries are entered into the system,
- To make changes to the internship place when deemed necessary,
- To hold information and evaluation meetings with the authorities of the internship place where intern students are sent.
ERASMUS Coordinator

Its field of duty is to deal with the academic procedures related to the students who go to, return from and come with the exchange within the scope of the Erasmus + program.
Duties of the Coordinator;
- To follow the information and announcements on https://disiliskilerkoord.firat.edu.tr/ regularly and to be informed about the information on the page,
- To ensure that the communication and coordination between the Erasmus Coordinatorship and the Faculty is carried out in a healthy way,
- Encourage faculty members in the program to make agreements for the establishment of new links that are appropriate to the needs of the program,
- To support the healthy functioning of Erasmus+ mobility activities and coordinate the functioning of the programs coordinated by the coordinator,
- Introducing the Erasmus+ program to students and faculty, guiding students and responding to information requests,
- To announce the announcements and selection results made by the coordinatorship for Erasmus+ mobility applications,
- To directly support the Erasmus+ Coordinatorship in the follow-up of the application processes of the candidate students, to check the application documents of the students,
- To help the student prepare for the change and follow up,
- To ensure that the courses to be taken from the opposite institution are selected together with the student and that the Learning Agreement form is filled in correctly,
- Signing the education protocols of the exchange students,
- To prepare the adjustment forms of the students who will go on exchange and submit them to the Faculty Administrative Board together with the necessary additional documents,
- Supporting students abroad when they have academic difficulties during the mobility activity,
- To carry out the academic recognition / course counting / grade conversion procedures of the students who have completed the mobility activity and returned and to submit the course counting forms of the students to the Faculty Administrative Board together with the additional documents,
- To receive feedback from the students returning from the exchange and to share this information with the students who will go in the following semesters,
- Signing the education agreements of the exchange students and providing information about the course contents,
- To inform incoming students about the education system, grading and evaluation,
- Assisting incoming students to adapt and, if necessary, assigning a volunteer faculty member or student to assist them,
- To carry out the courses taken by the student in coordination with the instructors,
- To prepare the student's transcript after the completion of the education period.
